BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
AGE LIMIT
To stay at the campsite or in our cabins/rooms/apartments without a guardian, you must be 23 years old. This does not apply to families with children.
ARRIVAL
Check-in from 15.00 for both camping sites and cabins/rooms/apartments. Upon arrival outside reception opening hours, please notify Guest Services for further instructions on check-in.
In the event of an event beyond our control, we reserve the right to move you to equivalent accommodation.
DEPARTURE
Check-out for camping pitch no later than 12.00. Check-out for cottages/apartments/rooms no later than 11.00. In the case of ordered final cleaning, check-out applies no later than 10.00. A new daily fee is charged if the campsite or cabin/room/apartment is not vacated before the appointed time. At the end of the booked period, we cannot guarantee that the place is free and that the booking can be extended. On departure, you must return your barrier/shower card and key. A lost electrical cabinet key is charged with SEK 200 and a lost shower card with SEK 200. A lost cabin/room/apartment key is charged SEK 1000. Cabins and apartments must be cleaned before departure according to instructions received at check-in. If you do not do this, cleaning will be carried out at your expense.
WHEN DOES MY BOOKING BECOME BINDING?
Both you and we are bound to the booking as soon as we have confirmed it and you have paid a down payment, when such must be paid, or in other cases paid the entire rent.
WHEN SHOULD I PAY?
Within 7 days from the time of booking, a deposit of 15% of the total amount, but at least SEK 795, must be available to us. The remaining amount is paid no later than 40 days before arrival.
When booking less than 40 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid within 48 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY ON TIME?
If, when the deposit is due, you do not pay on time, we will cancel your order without special notification. If you do not pay in full on time, we consider it a cancellation on your part and your stay will be canceled without refund. If you want to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
WHAT IF I WANT TO REBOOK?
You have the option to rebook your stay up to 40 days before arrival. For changes that result in a new invoice, a change fee of SEK 150 is added. When rebooking to a cheaper price period or price category, the previous price remains.
Without cancellation protection, it is not possible to shorten your booking. If you have added cancellation protection, you have the option to shorten your booking for a fee of SEK 500. You can always extend your stay if we have availability.
WHAT IF I WANT TO REBOOK?
You can cancel orally or in writing to us.
According to the law on distance contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply when booking accommodation.
If you have not signed any cancellation protection, there will be no refund of down payment or final payment.
Any cancellation protection must be ordered at the time of booking. With cancellation protection, you can cancel up to and including the day before arrival and get the rent, with a deduction for the cancellation protection and an administration cost (500 SEK), refunded in the following cases:
- When only the registration fee has been paid, any difference is refunded regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
- When the entire booking has been paid (no later than 40 days before arrival), cancellation protection only applies in the event of death, illness or a serious accident affecting yourself, your spouse, partner, family or fellow traveller. Call-up to the armed forces or the civil defense. You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from e.g. doctor, authority or insurance company. Booked and prepaid additional services cannot be redeemed. In the event of an interrupted stay, there is no refund of the accommodation or other purchased additional services.
WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE?
If we do not provide your booked accommodation in the promised condition or at the right time, nor can we offer you an equivalent rental property, you have the right to terminate the agreement. We must then refund everything you have paid to us. Instead of terminating the agreement, you can request that we reduce the rent. Contact the reception immediately for more information. Errors that occur during your stay must be reported immediately to the reception so that we have the opportunity to correct them. If you have not notified us, compensation will not be paid afterwards.
WHAT OBLIGATIONS DO I HAVE?
You are responsible for reading your booking confirmation/invoice and ensuring that the date and campsite/cabin number are correct. You who book are responsible for ensuring that all living fellow travelers who are not accompanied by a guardian are at least 23 years old.
You must take good care of the camping site/cabin/room/apartment and follow the regulations that apply. You yourself are responsible for all damages that occur on the camping site or in the cabin/room/apartment and its furnishings as a result of you or someone in your party being careless.
You are responsible for following the current fire safety regulations by booking the right size of camping site in relation to the size of your equipment, and placing the caravan/mobile home/tent two meters to the site boundary in the directions where you have a neighbour.
You are responsible for ensuring that everyone who lives or is in your place/cabin/room/apartment follows the campsite's rules of order regarding silence etc. If you or someone in your travel party violates our rules of order, we have the right to evict you from the area. No refund will be made and you are obliged to pay for the entire booked period.
You may not use the camping site/cabin/room/apartment for anything other than what was agreed upon at the time of booking. Nor let more people stay overnight, than what was stated at the time of booking.
NATURAL DISASTERS, WARS, STRIKES ETC
Both you and we have the right to withdraw from the rental agreement if the campsite/cabin/room/apartment cannot be provided due to natural disaster, acts of war, labor market conflict, longer interruptions in water or energy supply, fire or similar events that neither you nor we can predict or influence. In that case, we are obliged to reimburse you, with a deduction for the benefit you may have had from the camping site/cabin/room/apartment.
WHAT IF WE DON'T AGREE?
Contact Guest Services immediately with any complaints. If we do not agree, you can turn to ARN.
